Data processing may take place both with manual and IT means. Furthermore, data may be processed also through automated tools. In this case, the concerned party may request not to be subject to any decision which is automatically prompted. This can be done following the procedures laid down to enable the exercise of general rights by concerned parties (point 8).


Data will circulate within the company of the Controller, to the extent needed to pursue the above-mentioned purposes and, in any case, in compliance with any safety measure required to avoid data losses or leakage.

Data may circulate, in full or in part, also within the network of service suppliers who will process such data on behalf of the Controller. Data will not be disclosed in any way.


In any moment, the concerned party may exercise the rights provided for in article 15 and subsequent of the European Regulation N. 679/2016 and namely: the right to know whether his or her personal details are undergoing processing and, therefore, knowing the content and origin, verifying their correctness and request integrations, deletions, limitations, updates, rectifications, anonymous transformation or block of data, and the right to object, in any case, with legitimate reasons, their processing and lodge a complaint to the Data Protection Commissioner.

The consent for the processing of data may be revoked in any moment, thus interrupting data processing.
